If you received an email or warning that your SuperOffice Calendar Synchronization is interrupted, it means your appointments, tasks, and contacts are not currently syncing with your calendar platform, such as Outlook or Google Calendar.

To resume synchronization, you’ll need to reactivate SuperOffice Calendar Synchronization. Don’t worry – it’s quick and easy!

Reactivate in a few clicks

Click the button in the email to open your personal Synchronizer account page. Or use the link in the warning banner that is shown in SuperOffice.

Once completed, your SuperOffice calendar will be fully synced again, keeping you organized and on schedule.

Why Do I Need to Reactivate Periodically?

For security reasons, calendar platforms like Outlook or Google Calendar require you to log in again after a certain period if your calendar is connected to third-party platforms like SuperOffice. This is part of your company’s security policy to keep your data safe.

How Often Will I Need to Reactivate?

The frequency of reactivation depends on your company’s security policy. If you’re unsure, you can reach out to your administrator for more details.

Can We Change the Reactivation Period?

The reactivation period is set by your company’s security policy. If you have questions about this, please contact your administrator.
