When an integration fails many times in a row, we automatically pause it to save resources and keep the platform performant.
When do we pause an integration
Integrations will be automatically paused under the following circumstances:
- The last successful job was over a week ago, and there have been at least 50 failures since then.
- The last successful job was over 4 weeks ago, and there have been at least 10 failures since then.
As soon as a job finishes with the status ‘Failed‘, DataBridge will check the previous jobs and decide to pause the integration. If an integration is paused, all Admin users will receive an email about the paused integration and the reason.
If the failures of your integration are intended, consider changing the configuration by using the Automation Behavior feature to avoid it being paused again.
How can a paused integration be identified
Paused integrations have a status Paused which is visible in the integration’s tile in the integrations overview.

It is also visible in the menu of the paused integration.
Enable a paused integration again
After the necessary changes to the configuration of the integration, open the menu by a click on the integration’s name in the left upper corner. From that menu, enable the integration under Actions.
