The DataBridge portal is to be found here: https://my-databridge.infobridgeuniverse.com/
Who has access?
How you need to log in depends on if you use SuperOffice CRM Online or Onsite.
For SuperOffice CRM Online, use the ‘Log in with SuperOffice’ button. You will be redirected to the familiar SuperOffice CRM log in page.
If you have the role ‘General Administrator’ then you are allowed in and perform all tasks. If you have any other role, you can only view details of integrations and jobs. This is handy if you or any other user needs to verify job logs, for instance.
For SuperOffice CRM Onsite, use the ‘Log in with email’ button. Use can’t use your regular SuperOffice credentials here. You should have received a separate email that there was an account created for you in the DataBridge portal. If not, please contact your SuperOffice administrator or our support team.

Integrations
The menu that opens up when you click on the menu item Integrations, shows your recent integrations, integrations that need your attention and disabled or unfinished integrations. And -last but not least- interesting links that can help you out.

Account
General
This is where details about the account, consent and subscriptions can be found.

Admin users
Every user that has access to the Settings & Maintenance with functional right General Administrator can also access DataBridge and set up and change integrations and other settings. These are called Admin users.
Since Admin users may receive emails about the status of integrations and other critical issues, users that do no longer need to receive such messages can be removed from the current Admin users list.
Any other user can also access DataBridge to view specific job logs. They cannot make changes to integrations, create new integrations, start jobs or change any of the other settings.
Subscription
Details
The current subscription is shown here. For the most up-to-date information on our subscription plans, don’t hesitate to get in touch with your SuperOffice representative. Alternatively, you can visit the SuperOffice App Store for detailed pricing and additional offerings.
If you are one of the first DataBridge users, you might have a subscription that you can update and cancel yourself. In such cases, the Details page will show you the options to do so.
Data usage
This page shows a stacked bar graph to indicate the number of processed records per month.
Minimizing the number of API calls is crucial for maintaining optimal performance and environmental sustainability of any platform. Excessive calls can lead to increased load times, reduced efficiency, and higher energy consumption, which negatively impacts both user experience and ecological footprint. This is why we encourage integrations that are set up to spend as less API calls as possible. We do this by including a number of records to process per month in the subscription plan. Any additional records to process will be billed.
If you are one of the first DataBridge users, you might have a subscription that does not include a number of records to process per month in the subscription plan, but a fair use policy on the number of API calls and records to process. In such cases, there are no additional costs involved.
