SuperOffice supports multiple phone numbers of all sorts, email addresses and URLs on a company or contact. DataBridge has support to import such details.
The example has three rows with the same company details, except for the email addresses. They are three different email addresses that need to be imported into SuperOffice.
Configure an integration to import the details and map the Email column to the Company – E-mail field.
In the Destination > General > Phone numbers, URLs, e-mail setting, select Add new if not found – keep existing. This will make sure the email addresses are all added to the company.
Run the import and observe that the company now has three email addresses to choose from.
Enable multiple phone numbers
By default, entering multiple email and URLs is already available in SuperOffice. To enable the same behavior for phone numbers, a global preference needs to be set.
This is done in SuperOffice Settings and Maintenance > Preferences > Global preferences > Enable multiple phone numbers.
Tip: process only a few lines of the source is a safe way to test the integration.
